These include: investment in human capital, workforce resources, infrastructure for companies and the level of research and development. The ranking itself was based on a survey of just under 195,000 opinion leaders from 96 countries. Among them, there were 50% of people with at least a high school education from the middle and upper classes, and 25% of people were business leaders. Even more so if it is supported by the change of the position in the ranking (in 2018 – 13th place, in 2020 – 7th place). This is due to a very large offer aimed at startup founders, such as: gas pedals, networking events, hackathons. Additionally, periodic conferences fuel the exchange of knowledge and facilitate the merging of teams. Not without significance is the rich background of talented people with heads full of ideas and specific skills.
